I had been suffering with back pain during the summer. Despite Physiotherapy & increasingly larger doses of painkillers the pain became worse & I could barely walk a few metres without intense pain. A GP arranged MRI scan showed severe disc degeneration, disc disease, epidural lipomatosis, causing severe canal stenosis.

I decided that because of the intense pain, immobility & severe affect on my lifestyle I would look to pay for this myself asap.

Based on research & recommendations I had a consultation with Mr Pal 3 days later & the surgery 18 days after that.

Mr Pal was excellent. He explained everything in understandable language and even did the operation 4 days before Christmas specifically & I believe exclusively on me that day.

The recovery has been exceptional, much better & quicker than expected. It has made such a difference to my physical and emotional wellbeing.

Mr Pal’s support immediately after the operation was beyond what I expected or anticipated.

Mr Pal is an excellent surgeon.
