I had a spinal fusion and decompression surgery in January 2020 and I’m amazed how quick my recovery has been . 7 weeks on and of course I still need to be careful but I’m doing really well and the awful sciatica pain I had that made sitting impossible has gone . The thought of such major surgery was a huge worry to me but now it’s behind me I’m so pleased that I went ahead with it and had a wonderful surgeon in Mr Pal. I can now get on with my life without pain .
