Having been in pain for over 10 months, I had tried all manor of treatments including steroid injections and nothing had worked at all. Mr Pal and I discussed the next option was a microdiscectomy in my lower back. His advice, explanations and understanding were amazing and so in Feb 23 I had the surgery. The care in the Spire Hospital Leeds was exemplary. The whole team looked after me really well. I was back on my feet within hours of the surgery and simply haven't looked back . Big shout out to the physio team too exeptional care and support. I am pain free and off pain killers for the first time in what seems like forever.
