John Birtles – Testimonial

I am a 79 year old man who has been fit and active for most of my life. Unfortunately 2 years ago I started suffering with severe pain in my lower back which stopped me playing crown green bowls and walking any long distance with my dog.

After meeting with my doctor he arranged for me to have a MRI scan and the results showed that I would probably need surgery. I was recommended Mr Deb Pal by a friend who had an operation that was very successful.

After my consultation with Dr Pal he fully explained the procedure of what he would do and any risks involved in the surgery.

I was booked into the Nuffield Leeds in November 2021 and I was only in hospital for the one night and returned home the next day been able to walk around the house and garden including the stairs without any pain.
