After enduring severe pains in both legs for 9 months which the GP & various specialists combined with X rays scans etc could not diagnose I took the decision via my medical insurer to consult with Mr Deb Pal at Nuffield Health in Leeds.

After instigating further MRI scan & X rays he identified that I had lumbar spinal stenosis & offered a laminectomy to improve the situation which he carried out on the 12th dec 2019.

The result was immediate pain relief in both legs & I am now undergoing physio to regain suppleness in my lower back which is slowly recovering in accordance with Mr Pals predictions - approximately 4 weeks after the operation.

Needless to say I am delighted with the results & getting on with life whilst improving each day.
