Two years ago I had spinal surgery which involved inserting two rods in my lower back. Before my op I could walk no further than 50 yards without tremendous pain in my leg. I spent time before the op in a wheelchair. Days after the op I was walking without pain and unaided and since then I have had no further pain and can walk miles.
