Having suffered with low back and leg pain for some time, I sought remedy by physio and also by recommended caudal epidural and subsequently nerve root blocks. There was possibly a slight but short lived improvement in my condition. My pain was progressively worsening and my husband and I decided that we must take positive action beyond the measures already taken.

We spoke to Spire reception and it was recommended that we speak to Bianca Scollen, who immediately understood our predicament, gave us an idea of estimated costs involved and made an appointment to see Mr. Pal within a very short time. Discussions of procedures and necessary x-rays took place, MRI scan had already been done before the earlier injections, and an appointment for surgery was agreed.

Mr. Pal was exceptional in his explanations of the way every aspect of the procedure would be, both pros and cons. After the procedure Mr. Pal explained in detail, very clearly, what he had done.

It is now 4 weeks since the operation and the improvement experienced is exactly what I could have wished for, and a follow up appointment with Mr. Pal has confirmed that I am now well on the way to recovery. Mr. Pal has given me the confidence that this procedure has well been worth having. Thank you Mr. Pal.
