I consulted Mr Pal after several months of fruitless physio. He immediately diagnosed the problem from the MRI as Spinal Stenosis L3/4 and a cyst in November. He was confident that an operation was the way to go but was also very clear on the potential risks.

I had the operation on the 07/01/25 and all the pain has gone. Before I could manage about 50 mtrs before the pain in my legs became unbearable. After just two weeks I am walking 2.5 miles pain free and could probably walk a lot further but trying to be somewhat careful!
