I have suffered from back pain for many years and have had several treatments involving cortisone injections which gave some relief. Some degree of spinal stenosis was diagnosed via MRI scan in 2014. During 2020, at the age of 80, the problems worsened with severe back and leg pain. Analysis of MRI scans by Mr Pal indicated that the situation had become critical and surgery was recommended(spinal fusion etc). Others have already described the thoroughness of the explanations given and I wholheartedly endorse these comments. Mr Pal operated during difficult circumstances caused by Covid but the outcome was excellent and I was able to go home after 48 hours. Eight months on and I am able to carry out my normal activities of housework, gardening etc. Not only is Mr Pal an exceptional surgeon he also communicates very well both with patient and relatives providing a very personal and friendly zSNPservice.
