I recently presented with excruciating sciatica and an MRI scan confirmed a prolapsed disc of L4 /L5.

Mr Pal undertook a revision microdiscectomy - I am now 5 weeks post surgery and following all the rehabilitation guidance to the letter in order to fully recover.
