After suffering increasing pain, numbness and weakness in my back, left leg and foot over a long period of time and showing no improvement after courses of physiotherapy I saw Mr Pal who diagnosed severe spinal stenosis and a facet cyst. He recommended surgery which took place in February.

My physical activities had become almost nonexistent due to the problems I’d been experiencing but, since the operation I feel as though I’ve now got my life back. I’m pain free and able to carry out day to day activities both inside and outside my home.
