After more than three years of progressively worse low back and leg pain, together with the more recent development of muscle weakness, an MRI scan showed that I had marked spinal stenosis. Physiotherapy had already failed to help(but did help with general muscle strength) and pain clinic injection were of no lasting benefit.

However when I consulted Mr Pal he understood immediately what the problem was, and more importantly the solution.

Operating on my back, he was able to release the pressure on my nerves giving immediate relief from the pain.

I am now recuperating and under physiotherapy supervision, strength is returning to the previously affected muscles.

There is no doubt in my mind that Mr Pal's skill and professionalism has reversed a condition that untreated would have seen me in constant pain living in a wheel chair, and for that I am most grateful.
